2. Return process

If you want to return a product, please follow the steps below:

  2. Find the order you want to return and click “Apply for Return”;
  3. Fill in the return application form and select the reason for the return;
  4. Print the return label and send the product back to our designated return address as instructed.

3. Refund Processing

Once we receive the returned item and confirm that it is eligible for return, we will process your refund within 7-10 business days. If the item is eligible for return, we will refund the item price, but the return shipping fee and other related fees (such as customs duties, international shipping fees, etc.) are the responsibility of the customer.
